Local data

BigdataSight is designed to work with data you select on your Mac. The app does not require you to upload local datasets to BigdataSight in order to inspect or query them.

Remote connections

When you configure a remote source, the app connects to that provider to perform the operation you requested. Connection credentials are not part of website analytics.

Website and purchases

The website may use essential hosting logs and Paddle checkout services when you request a purchase. Paddle processes checkout, tax, and payment information under its own privacy terms. BigdataSight does not receive full card details.

Product analytics

The initial app release does not include third-party product analytics or crash analytics SDKs.
