Refund policy
Effective July 22, 2026
Direct purchases
You may request a full refund for a BigdataSight Direct purchase within 14 calendar days after the purchase date, including if you have downloaded, activated, or used the software. A request is considered timely if you send it before the end of that 14-day period.
This policy does not limit any non-waivable cooling-off, conformity, warranty, or refund right available under the law where you live, or any more favorable remedy offered by Paddle as merchant of record.
How to request a Direct refund
Email support@bigdatasight.com with the checkout email address and Paddle order or transaction reference. Do not send payment card details. Paddle processes approved refunds to the original payment method; the date funds arrive can depend on Paddle, the payment method, currency conversion, and your financial institution.
Effect on the license
An approved full refund or completed payment reversal revokes the associated Pro entitlement and future activations. BigdataSight returns to Viewer capabilities. This does not delete workspaces, queries, source files, or exported data on your Mac. If a payment dispute is reversed in your favor and there is no other valid reason for revocation, contact support to restore the entitlement.
After 14 days
After the Direct refund window, contact us if the software was not delivered, is materially defective, or you believe a mandatory legal remedy applies. We will assess the request under applicable law and Paddle's buyer terms. This does not create a recurring subscription or a general refund right beyond the rights stated above.
Mac App Store purchases
Apple handles refund eligibility, requests, decisions, and payment timing for Mac App Store purchases. Request an App Store refund through Apple's Report a Problem service. The Direct 14-day policy does not govern App Store purchases, but your mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
