Direct purchases

You may request a full refund for a Direct purchase within 14 calendar days of purchase, including after activation or use. Any non-waivable consumer rights available in your location remain unaffected.

Approved refunds revoke the associated Pro entitlement and future activations. They do not delete your workspaces, queries, source files, or exported data; the app returns to Viewer capabilities.

Mac App Store purchases

Refund eligibility, requests, decisions, and payment timing for App Store purchases are handled by Apple and applicable local law. The Direct 14-day policy does not apply to App Store purchases.
